Sea Urchin 14k Set

This beautiful set made with miniature sea urchin skeletons, are a very special natural jewel. Each hedgehog is picked by hand by me or one of my friends around the world, directly from the beaches and picked up on the sand or among the rocks diving.

This set has been selected for presenting sea urchins from South Africa, this species is usually green, but sometimes exceptionally presents specimens of this reddish color with very particular textures. The rarity of this set is, not only to have such exceptional specimens, but the right size and color to make up this unique set.

The pendant measures 17mm and the ring 11mm.

Hedgehogs are filled with a polymer that adheres to the inner walls and makes them unbreakable. The exterior texture is natural, without any treatment to maintain the natural appearance of the sea urchin skeleton.

The crimping and finishing parts are gold-plated 925 sterling silver, and the front and back finishing plate is a 14-carat gold alloy. Carefully placed in the two holes of the skeleton, prior to carving the shape to fit the pieces. The ring is made of silver plated in 24k gold and is adjustable.

Each piece is a unique treasure.

This beautiful set made with miniature sea urchin shells, are a very special natural jewel. Each sea urchin is hand picked by me or one of my friends around the world, directly from the beaches and collected in the sand or among the rocks diving.

This set has been selected for offering sea urchins from the South Africa, usually colored green, but that on exceptional occasions presents specimens of this light mauve color. The rarity of this set is not only to have such exceptional specimens, but of the right size and color to make up this unique set.

The pendant measures 17mm and the adjustable ring urchin is 11mm diameter.

All our sea urchins are collected by me and my friends around the world, each piece is unique.


The back and front is finished in 14k gold filled. and the wires and wraps are gold plated silver. The ring and stud backs are 24K gold plated silver.
